These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Aavero Celebrations | Premium Candles & Festive Gifts. By placing an order you accept them.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it for fulfilment. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, pricing has been listed in error, payment cannot be verified, or we cannot deliver to the address provided. If we cancel a prepaid order, the paid amount is refunded.
Pricing, taxes and shipping
Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and apply to the selected pack, set, size or variant, rather than to every item shown in a collection photograph. Check the product description and selected option for the quantity included. Ordering quantity 2 means two of the selected selling unit.
Where a sale price is displayed, that is the current product price payable before any eligible coupon and delivery charge. The regular price is the listed reference price; it is not a statement that the product was previously sold at that price. Prices may change for future orders; this does not change the confirmed price of an order already placed.
Any applicable tax treatment and the final payable amount are shown in the order summary before payment. Eligible coupons are applied according to their stated conditions. Delivery is charged separately and is not discounted by AAVERONEW10.
Bengaluru (560xxx PIN codes): flat shipping ₹100, no minimum order. Rest of India, including other Karnataka cities: flat shipping ₹150; no minimum order value. Your delivery address determines the charge automatically before payment. Raw-material and printing WhatsApp enquiries have separate shipping charges confirmed in the quotation.
Handmade goods
Our candles are poured and finished by hand. Small variations in colour, floral detail, surface finish and placement are natural characteristics of handmade work and are not defects.
Bulk and corporate orders
Bulk orders are subject to the quantities, pricing and lead times shown on the product or agreed with us in writing. Custom artwork or personalisation must be approved before production begins.
Candle safety
Candles use an open flame. Follow the safety and burning instructions supplied with the product, keep burning candles attended, and keep them away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Fragrance requests, other modifications and personalized messages entered in Notes & Customization require confirmation; a note does not change the selected variant or price automatically. Raw materials and printing services are ordered by WhatsApp enquiry. Confirm the item, quantity, specifications, artwork, price, delivery charge and lead time before making payment.
