Payment-card or UPI credentials are entered into the payment provider’s secure payment experience; Aavero Celebrations | Premium Candles & Festive Gifts does not need to store your full card number or CVV. We may retain the payment method, transaction reference and payment status with your WooCommerce order so we can confirm and support the purchase.
Delivery and service providers
We share only the information reasonably needed with service providers that help us operate the store—for example payment processors, courier/logistics partners, website hosting and security providers, and communication or email services. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or another third-party service, that service also processes the information you send under its own terms and privacy policy.

Customization, printing artwork and enquiries
When you provide fragrance preferences, customization instructions, recipient messages, print-ready artwork or raw-material requirements, we use them to respond to your request and fulfil the agreed order. Share only the information needed for your request. Selected raw materials, quantities, delivery details and instructions are included in a prefilled WhatsApp message when you choose that enquiry option; you review and send the message through WhatsApp.
Your browser may store unfinished customization notes and raw-material enquiry selections to preserve them during your session, along with a flag recording whether the welcome offer has been shown. Clearing browser storage removes these local preferences. Submitted order notes are retained with the order records described above.
