Dispatch
In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours. Made-to-order, bulk, personalised and corporate orders may require additional production time; where applicable, the lead time is shown on the product or agreed with you before production.
Delivery and tracking
We ship orders by courier. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3–4 business days for Bengaluru (560xxx PIN codes) and 5–7 business days for the rest of India. These transit estimates are in addition to the dispatch or production time above and may vary with courier serviceability, public holidays and operational conditions. Once a tracked parcel leaves us, we share the available tracking details so you can follow the courier’s current delivery estimate. If tracking stops updating or the parcel is materially delayed, contact us and we will help investigate with the courier.
Shipping charges and taxes
Delivery is charged once per order and is added to the product total before payment. It may appear as Shipping or Delivery charge in the order summary. Bengaluru (Karnataka, 560xxx PIN codes) is ₹100; all other Indian destinations, including other Karnataka cities, are ₹150. There is no minimum order value. Enter a complete delivery address and PIN code to see the applicable charge. WhatsApp raw-material and printing enquiries have separately quoted delivery charges.
Bengaluru (560xxx PIN codes): flat shipping ₹100, no minimum order. Rest of India, including other Karnataka cities: flat shipping ₹150; no minimum order value. Your delivery address determines the charge automatically before payment. Raw-material and printing WhatsApp enquiries have separate shipping charges confirmed in the quotation.
Address accuracy
Please check the recipient name, mobile number, PIN code and full delivery address before placing the order. We may contact you if the courier requires clarification.
Failed or returned delivery
If a parcel is returned because delivery could not be completed—for example because the recipient was unavailable or the address was incorrect—we will contact you. Any re-dispatch charge, if applicable, will be explained before the parcel is sent again.

Raw materials and printing delivery
Delivery charges and dispatch estimates for WhatsApp orders are confirmed separately with the quantity, destination and production requirements. Candle flat shipping rates do not apply to these enquiries.
