Most handmade and made-to-order products are not returnable simply because you change your mind. Many Aavero products are produced or finished in small batches and cannot be resold as new after use, lighting, personalisation or custom production.
Items that are normally not returnable
- Personalised, branded, white-label or made-to-order products
- Bulk and corporate orders once production has begun
- Products that have been used, lit, altered or returned without their original condition and packaging
Damaged, incomplete or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and outer packaging. After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, resolution or refund. Please do not discard damaged packaging until we have responded.
Returns
Do not send a product back without contacting us first. Where a return is approved because we supplied an incorrect or damaged product, we will explain the return or collection process and who bears the shipping cost before anything is sent.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation before dispatch. Made-to-order, personalised, bulk or corporate orders may become non-cancellable once production has started. If an order has already been dispatched, contact us and we will tell you what options are available for that order.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, we initiate it to the original payment method wherever possible and send confirmation. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account is then determined by the bank or payment provider. Where an electronic refund to the original method is not possible, we may ask for appropriate bank details to complete the approved refund.

Before confirming a WhatsApp order, ask us to confirm the applicable cancellation and return arrangements in writing, along with the specifications and production schedule. Check customer-supplied artwork and personalized messages before approving production. For a damaged, incomplete or incorrect delivery, contact us using the process above.
